Budweiser reached out to Stept to take an unexpected approach to Father’s Day - celebrate Step Fathers. With a little over two weeks from bid to delivery, Stept needed to create a campaign that grabbed headlines and met a seemingly impossible deadline.

Stept produced, shot and edited a tribute film for Step Fathers that immediately garnered national attention. After an exhaustive nationwide casting search, Stept found three amazing step-children who wanted to share their stories. The kids then surprised their 'Step' Fathers with adoption papers (paid for by Budweiser), creating an emotional ode to fathers who stepped up. It became the #1 search result for “Fathers Day” on Google that day and the weeks that followed, racked up millions of views on the brand's YouTube page, and even generated a poll on the Today Show as to whether the spot made you cry (spoiler: everyone cried).
